Our Mission

We are two neurodivergent women living in neurodivergent families, navigating a world that wasn't designed for different brains. Like many people, we've experienced the challenges of trying to fit into environments, systems and expectations that often overlook the strengths, needs and realities of neurodivergent people. Through our own journeys, we've learned that understanding, practical strategies and the right support can make a huge difference. Our mission is to empower individuals, families and workplaces with the knowledge, confidence and skills to create environments where different brains can thrive. Whether it's at home, at work or in the wider community, we believe everyone deserves to be understood, valued and supported. We're here to share honest conversations, lived experience, evidence-based information and practical tools that help make everyday life more inclusive—for everyone.

Inclusion

We design spaces where neurodivergent people feel safe, accepted, and able to show up exactly as they are.

Family

We honour the emotional journey of parents recognising their own neurodivergence and create communities where no one feels alone.

Freedom

We champion the freedom to unmask, to choose environments that work for your brain, and to live authentically.

Authenticity

We speak openly and honestly about lived experience — the challenges, the joys, and everything in between.

Our Impact

We started Different Brains Group to turn lived experience into meaningful change. Through our work, we bridge the gap between neurodivergent individuals and the environments they navigate every day. We believe that when people have the right language and tools, everyone can thrive.

For Adults

We help neurodivergent adults feel seen, understood, and safer at work by advocating for their unique needs and strengths.

For Families

We give families and partners the language and practical tools they need to better support and connect with their loved ones.

For Workplaces

We guide workplaces through practical, inclusive changes that transform environment and culture for everyone.
